All sales are final for hygienic purposes.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and if your product has come apart or a clasp has broken within 30 days of purchase(the first day being the day you bought your product), we would be happy to repair that part if possible.

We will require you to ship the product back to our studio, at your expense and then we will assess the repairs as per the information you provided us with.
We are not responsible for damage that could occur if the item is not packaged properly to ensure its safety. When shipping your item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your item and are not responsible for loss or damage.
