Official rules

1. Sponsor. Amuletta, the Vancouver studio behind Talismanic. Questions: angela@amuletta.ca.
2. Who can enter. Open to residents of The USA, Canada, and Europe, who have reached the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence. Employees of the sponsor and members of their households are not eligible.
3. Entry period. The giveaway starts October 3, 2026 and ends October 25, 2026 at 12:00 p.m., Pacific Time. Entries received after it ends will not count.
4. How to enter. Follow @talismaniccompany on Instagram and fill in the entry form on this page, including your own Instagram username. Both steps are required. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Limit one entry per person; extra entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize. One (1) The Talismanic Cross Necklace, approximate retail value $111.25 CAD. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Draw and odds. On October 25, 2026, one entrant will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Skill-testing question. Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
8. Instagram check. The selected entrant must still be following @talismaniccompany at the time of the draw, and the Instagram username entered must be their own. If it is not, another entrant may be selected.
9. Contacting the winner. The selected entrant will be contacted by email and must reply within 7 days, or another entrant may be selected.
10. Marketing emails. Entering does not sign you up for marketing emails. You only get Talismanic emails if you ticked the box to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
11. Privacy. Entry details are used to run this giveaway and are handled under the store's privacy policy.
12. Instagram and Meta. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability relating to it.
